The Four Seasons Private Residences and Villas at Costa Palmas represent a collection of whole ownership homes set along Baja’s East Cape, where the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains meet the Sea of Cortéz. Designed by Guerin Glass Architects, the residences draw from a contemporary language rooted in mid century influences, while responding directly to the surrounding desert and coastal landscape. Materiality is central to the experience, with cast concrete, stone, stucco, teak, and ceramic tile forming a restrained palette inspired by the terrain. Marina Villas and Beachfront Yacht Villas offer a range of configurations, each integrating indoor and outdoor living with direct access to the marina and open water.

Balwyck served as owner representative throughout design development and execution, ensuring alignment between ownership, architects, consultants, and Four Seasons brand teams. The scope included oversight of design progression to maintain consistency with brand standards, along with budget management and cost control across multiple residential offerings. Balwyck coordinated procurement strategies, vendor selection, and material sourcing to support both quality and timeline objectives. Construction oversight and schedule management were critical given the remote setting, requiring proactive communication across all stakeholders. Quality control measures were implemented throughout to ensure each residence delivered a consistent, high standard of finish and overall experience.
