Led by Iron Gate as the primary developer, the residential program is composed of large scale custom villas and branded residences positioned for privacy, uninterrupted views of the Sea of Cortez, and direct access to the Aman resort and private marina. Delivering these homes required long horizon infrastructure planning, complex parcel coordination, and construction standards aligned with Aman’s global design and service ethos.
